Plácido Sobreira Filho nasceu em 28 de setembro de 1967, em Iguatu. Advogado formado pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC). Trabalhou na Procuradoria Jurídica do IJF, Secretaria de Administração do Município e Secretaria de Planejamento do Estado do Ceará. Foi da Associação de Servidores do IJF. Participou da fundação do Sindicato dos Servidores de Saúde do Município. Eleito em 2008, pelo PDT, com 6.827 votos.
Indicou o INESPEC para sua inclusão no ORÇAMENTO DO MUNICÍPIO DE FORTALEZA, com uma verba para um projeto específico, no valor de r$ 80,000,00(oitenta mil reais).

Placido Sobreira was born on September 28, 1967, in Iguatu. Lawyer graduated from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). Worked in the Legal Department of the IJF, Secretary of Administration of the Municipality and Planning Department of the State of Ceará. It was the Association of servers IJF. Participated in the founding of the Union of the City Health servers. Elected in 2008 by PDT, with 6827 votes.
Indicated the INESPEC for inclusion in the BUDGET OF THE CITY OF FORTRESS, with a budget for a specific project in the amount of $ 80,000,00 (eighty thousand reais).
